Baseball Recap: Cathedral Makes It Eight in a Row on the Road

Cathedral never let their opponents score on Tuesday. They blew past the Franklin County Bulldogs 15-0. The Green Wave have beaten the Bulldogs the last five times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Bulldogs has come to flipping the script.

Cathedral's victory was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 2-0. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 8.9 runs. As for Franklin County, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Coincidentally, Cathedral and Franklin County will both be playing Natchez the next time they take the field. Franklin County will head out to face Natchez at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, while Cathedral will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on February 28th.
