Soccer Game Preview: Oviedo vs. Bishop Moore

The Oviedo Lions will venture away from home to face off against the Bishop Moore Hornets at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Oviedo will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more goals each contest than the last.

Oviedo is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. Their defense stepped up to hand Lake Howell a 4-0 shutout on Wednesday. The result kept Oviedo happy, as they haven't lost a game since November 3rd.

They hit Lake Howell with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Alexzander Pavlovic, Matias Rodriguez, Blake Bertot, and Adrian Abrau.

Meanwhile, Bishop Moore's game on Thursday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They won by a goal and slipped past Tohopekaliga 2-1. Bishop Moore haven't had any issues with Tohopekaliga recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive victory against them.

Bishop Moore's win bumped their record up to 7-2-2. As for Oviedo, their victory bumped their record up to 3-1-2.
