Rigby had to kick off their season on the road on Thursday, but they showed no ill effects. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Burley Bobcats. The Trojans haven't had any issues with the Bobcats recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Brinley Bybee paced Rigby's offense, picking up 11 kills. Bybee got some help from Iris Wells and her 11 assists. Lily Stewart controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

Rigby didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Filer on the 22nd. As for Burley, they will square off against Pocatello at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
