Ardrey Kell has gone a perfect 10-0 against Berry recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Ardrey Kell Knights will venture away from home to square off against the Berry Cardinals at 5:00 p.m. Ardrey Kell has given up an average of 7.3 runs per game this season, so hopefully the team got some pitching drills in this week.

Ardrey Kell is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 14 runs on Thursday, they were much more limited against Marvin Ridge on Friday. They came up short against the Mavericks, falling 16-0. The Knights haven't had much luck with the Mavericks recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Ardrey Kell saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Janey Galek, who went 1-for-2 with one double.

Meanwhile, Berry was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 16-1 to South Mecklenburg. That's two games in a row now that the Cardinals have lost by exactly 15 runs.

Berry's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Ardrey Kell, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-4.

Everything went Ardrey Kell's way against Berry when the teams last played back in April of 2024, as Ardrey Kell made off with a 16-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Ardrey Kell since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
