Baseball Recap: Ozark Catholic Academy Takes a Loss

After flying high against Decatur last Monday, Ozark Catholic Academy came back down to earth. The Ozark Catholic Academy Griffins lost 18-2 to the West Fork Tigers on Tuesday. The Griffins have struggled against the Tigers recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost meetings.

Ozark Catholic Academy now has a losing record of 2-3. As for West Fork, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 5-4.

Looking ahead, Ozark Catholic Academy will be playing in front of their home fans against Alpena at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Ozark Catholic Academy is facing Alpena at the right time seeing as Alpena is stuck on a five-game losing streak. West Fork will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Greenland at 4:00 p.m. on March 31st.
