Columbia Falls won against Lincoln County on Monday with eight runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Tuesday. The Wildcats beat the Lions by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 8-1. Considering the Wildcats have won nine games by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

The win (which was Columbia Falls' sixth in a row) raised their record to 11-3. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.2 runs on average over those games. As for Lincoln County, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-6.

Columbia Falls wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 10-2 defeat against Whitefish on the 7th. As for Lincoln County, they have also already played their next matchup, a 1-0 win against Polson on the 8th.
