Volleyball Recap: Strawberry Crest Comes Up Short

Strawberry Crest saw some tournament action on Friday. They fell just short of the Bishop Kenny Crusaders by a score of 2-1.

Bishop Kenny can attribute much of their success to Alexis Sowers, who had six digs and two aces. Sowers has been hot recently, having posted two or more aces the last three times she's played.

Strawberry Crest now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Bishop Kenny, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Strawberry Crest didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against La Cueva on the 29th. As for Bishop Kenny, they have also already played their next game, a 2-0 win against True North Classical Academy on the 29th.
