Softball Recap: Bledsoe County Comes Up Short

If Bledsoe County was feeling good fresh off their 11-0 takedown of Chattanooga School for the Arts & Sciences last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Warriors fell just short of the Rhea County Golden Eagles by a score of 2-0 on Monday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Warriors have suffered since April 29, 2024.

Bledsoe County saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Bailee McCauley, who went 1-for-4 with one stolen base. McCauley is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now snagged at least one in each of the last four games she's played.
