Peyton Houston put up the most passing touchdowns he's had since back in October of 2024 on Thursday. He threw for 428 yards and six TDs while completing 76% of his passes. Thanks to that big game, he is now up to 17 passing touchdowns on the season.

Looking ahead, Houston and Evangel Christian Academy will be playing at home against Captain Shreve at 7:00 p.m. on the 10th. The Eagles got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Gators thanks in part to Houston: he threw for 391 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 10.9 yards per attempt, and also rushed for 83 yards and one score on only ten carries.
