Volleyball Recap: Cristo Rey Comes Up Short

The Cristo Rey Cougar lost 3-0 to the Central Crossing Comets on Wednesday. The Cougar have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-8, 25-10.

Cristo Rey's defeat dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Central Crossing, their win ended a six-match drought at home and bumped them up to 4-13.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cristo Rey will challenge Patriot Prep Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Central Crossing, they will square off against Westerville Central at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
