Baseball Recap: Ludlowe Comes Up Short

Ludlowe lost against Glastonbury on Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Falcons might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 6-4 to the Guardians, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Falcons have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Ludlowe's defeat dropped their record down to 16-9. As for Glastonbury, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 10-14.

Ludlowe does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Glastonbury, they will take on Southington on Saturday. The Guardians' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Blue Knights have averaged an impressive 7.7 runs per game this season.
