Volleyball Recap: Kewanee Triumphs + How To Watch

Kewanee lost to Alleman back in October of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Monday. The Boilermakers came out on top against the Pioneers by a score of 2-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Boilermakers.

While Kewanee won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-23.

Damaris Diaz paced Kewanee's offense, picking up seven kills. Diaz got some help from Macee Pickering and her ten assists. Finally, Diaz was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high four blocks.

Kewanee now has a winning record of 11-10-1. As for Alleman, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-13.
