Volleyball Recap: Ottawa-Glandorf Victorious

The Ottawa-Glandorf Titans beat the Minster Wildcats 3-1 on Saturday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Titans.

Ottawa-Glandorf had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 22-25, 25-14, 25-20, 25-21.

Sienna Fry paced Ottawa-Glandorf's offense, picking up 19 kills. Fry got some help from Addyson Bellman and her 33 assists. Fry was also solid from the service line: she led the team with seven aces.

Ottawa-Glandorf now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Minster, their loss was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Ottawa-Glandorf will head out to challenge St. Henry at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Minster, they will venture away from home to take on St. John's at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
