Uplift came tearing into Friday's match with eight straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 28.1 points) and they left with even more momentum. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Intrinsic Mustangs 68-38. The Titans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six games by 30 points or more this season.

Uplift's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Tysean Davis, who dropped a double-double on 27 points and 11 boards. Rodrick Winston was another key player, putting up 23 points.

When it comes to explaining why Intrinsic lost, don't look at Brandon Loredo. Despite the final result, he posted 17 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Israel Paredes, who earned eight points.

Uplift pushed their record up to 11-1 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 72.5 points per game. As for Intrinsic, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-8.

Uplift will host Holy Trinity at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Uplift knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past 12 contests -- so hopefully Holy Trinity likes a good challenge. As for Intrinsic, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 59-19 loss against Intrinsic Charter School Downtown Campus on the 25th.
