Soccer Recap: Papillion-LaVista South Gets the Win

While Papillion-LaVista South's victory against Buena Vista wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Titans won by a goal and slipped past the Bison 2-1. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Papillion-LaVista South also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2024.

Kailer Fry and Morgan Macke scored both of Papillion-LaVista South's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 23 goals.

Papillion-LaVista South's win bumped their record up to 8-5. As for Buena Vista, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 6-8.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Papillion-LaVista South will face off against rival Lexington at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Buena Vista is set to take on their familiar foe Millard North at 6:15 p.m. on Friday.
