Softball Recap: Tulare Union Find Success

Tulare Union won the last time they faced Hanford and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Tribe came out on top against the Bullpups by a score of 6-2. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Tribe.

Jiannah Freitas spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned runs on five hits.

On the hitting side, KaiLee Gilbert was incredible, scoring three runs and stealing a base while going 1-for-3. Jazlene Salazar was another key player, scoring a run while going 2-for-4.

Tulare Union hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. The team has now struck out at least five batters in nine consecutive matchups.
