Soccer Recap: Somerset College Prep Academy Wins Going Away Against Odyssey Charter School

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Sebastian River, Somerset College Prep Academy was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They were the clear victor by an 8-3 margin over the Odyssey Charter School Titans. That five goal margin sets a new team best for the Spartans this season.

Their offense was hitting Odyssey Charter School from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. Jonathan Bradford led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by himself.

The win got Somerset College Prep Academy back to even at 5-5-1. As for Odyssey Charter School, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-3.

Somerset College Prep Academy will face off against Lincoln Park Academy at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Odyssey Charter School, they will venture away from home to square off against Master's Academy at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
