Volleyball Game Preview: Sunnyvale vs. Farmersville Farmers

Sunnyvale will challenge the Farmersville Farmers at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Sunnyvale is coming into the contest hot, having won their last five games.

On Tuesday, Sunnyvale made easy work of Ford and carried off a 3-0 victory.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Sunnyvale was: they took every set by at least 16 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 25-8, 25-8.

Meanwhile, Farmersville posted their closest win since September 6th on Tuesday. They won by a set and slipped past Community 3-2.

Farmersville wouldn't go down easily and took Community into a fifth set where they got it done with a seven-point win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-22, 19-25, 15-25, 15-8.

Farmersville's victory bumped their record up to 26-10. As for Sunnyvale, their win bumped their record up to 31-4.

Sunnyvale took their victory against Farmersville when the teams last played back in September by a conclusive 3-0 score. Will Sunnyvale repeat their success, or does Farmersville has a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
