The Girard Academic Music Program Pioneers scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Thursday. They breezed by Elverson Military Academy at home to the tune of 64-32. That 64-32 margin sets a new team best for Girard Academic Music Program this season.
Girard Academic Music Program got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Edward DeJesus out in front who scored 17 points. That's the first time this season that DeJesus scored 15 or more points. Jadlin Rose was another key contributor, scoring 16 points.
The win got Girard Academic Music Program back to even at 4-4. As for Elverson Military Academy, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-3.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Girard Academic Music Program will face off against Jules E. Mastbaum Vo-Tech at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Jules E.
