Basketball Game Preview: Ripley Vikings vs. Lincoln County Panthers

The Ripley Vikings are taking a road trip to challenge the Lincoln County Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Ripley will be strutting in after a victory while Lincoln County will be coming in after a defeat.

Last Tuesday, Ripley beat Riverside 50-40. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Vikings.

Meanwhile, Lincoln County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost to Buffalo on the road by a 66-50 margin.

Lincoln County's defeat dropped their record down to 3-17. As for Ripley, their win bumped their record up to 7-11.

Everything came up roses for Ripley against Lincoln County in their previous matchup back in March of 2023, as the team secured a 62-27 victory. Does Ripley have another victory up their sleeve, or will Lincoln County turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
