Volleyball Recap: Angleton Triumphs + How To Watch

Angleton's game on Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Pasadena Eagles by a score of 3-1. For the Wildcats, this counts as revenge for the 3-0 victory the Eagles walked away with the last time they faced one another back in August of 2024.

If you add up the scores from across all four sets (88-85) Angleton actually scored fewer points, but in the end it didn't matter. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-20, 10-25, 25-20.

Several Eagles players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Marleen Chavez, who had nine digs and four assists.
