Basketball Recap: Shanley Takes a Loss

Shanley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat dating back to last season. They were beaten by the West Fargo Packers 82-31. The matchup marked the Deacons' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Shanley's loss dropped their record down to 0-9. As for West Fargo, the victory got them back to even at 3-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Shanley will welcome Fargo South at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Shanley is facing Fargo South at the right time seeing as Fargo South is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for West Fargo, they will look to defend their home court on January 10th against Grand Forks Central at 7:30 p.m.
