Basketball Recap: Roosevelt Comes Up Short

Roosevelt was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 25th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 60-36 to the Tecumseh Indians. While losing is never fun, the Bears can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 648th, while the Indians are ranked 134th).

Roosevelt's record is now 0-21. As for Tecumseh, their victory bumped their record up to 15-6.

Roosevelt wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 58-54 loss against Melvindale on the 21st. Tecumseh has also already played their next game (against Madison), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
