Gardner has gone a perfect 3-0 against Bromfield recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Wildcats will be playing at home against the Trojans at 4:00 p.m. Gardner will be strutting in after a victory while Bromfield will be coming in after a loss.

Gardner came out on top against Murdock on Monday thanks in part to the team's impressive five-run fifth inning. The Wildcats blew past the Blue Devils 8-2. The win continues a trend for the Wildcats in their matchups with the Blue Devils: they've now won three in a row.

Meanwhile, Bromfield was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They came up short against Maynard, falling 15-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Trojans have suffered against the Tigers since May 4, 2015.

Bromfield's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Gardner, their victory bumped their record up to 7-4.

Everything went Gardner's way against Bromfield in their previous meeting on April 2nd, as Gardner made off with a 15-3 win. Will the Wildcats repeat their success, or do the Trojans have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
