Basketball Recap: Willmar Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Willmar can now relate to. They fell 59-47 to the Fergus Falls Otters on Saturday. The Cardinals haven't had much luck with the Otters recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Willmar now has a losing record of 13-14. As for Fergus Falls, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 19-7.

As of now, neither Willmar nor Fergus Falls have any future games scheduled.
