Soccer Recap: Ridgeview Falls to Lebanon in First Game of Season

Ridgeview unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-pitch advantage in their season opener. They came up short against the Lebanon Pioneers on Friday, falling 11-0. The loss continues a trend for Ridgeview in their meetings with Lebanon: they've now lost five in a row.

Lebanon has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Ridgeview will venture away from home to square off against John Battle at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be Ridgeview's first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Lebanon, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Virginia High at 7:00 p.m. on April 8.
