Softball Recap: Friday's Loss Ends Dyer County's Winning Streak

If Dyer County was riding high fresh off their 11-1 takedown of Lexington on Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Choctaws fell just short of the Belvidere North Blue Thunder by a score of 2-1 on Friday. The Choctaws were red-hot at the plate heading into the match (they scored no less than ten runs in the four contests prior), but the Blue Thunder's pitchers proved too tough.
