Baseball Recap: Dudley Comes Up Short

Thursday just wasn't the day for Dudley's offense. They lost 19-0 to the Southern Lee Cavaliers on Thursday. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Dudley's loss dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Southern Lee, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-3.

Coming up, Dudley will be playing at home against Southwest Guilford at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Southern Lee, they will venture away from home to square off against Lee County at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Yellow Jackets have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 11.21 runs per game on average), something the Cavaliers will no doubt try to take advantage of.
