Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln is still winless after their match against Reedsburg on Saturday, but the team can take solace in the fact it was the closest they've come to winning. They were two points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 59-57 heartbreaker at the hands of the Reedsburg Beavers. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Red Raiders have suffered since February 3rd.

Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Reedsburg, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-2.

Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Wausau East at 7:15 p.m. on January 7, 2025. As for Reedsburg, they will venture away from home to square off against Baraboo at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.
