Central Lyon is 9-1 against MOC-Floyd Valley since February of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Central Lyon Lions will welcome the MOC-Floyd Valley Dutchmen at 6:00 p.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, both will really light up the scoreboard.

Meanwhile, MOC-Floyd Valley unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Monday. They fell 75-64 to Cherokee Washington. While losing is never fun, the Dutchmen can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Iowa basketball rankings (they are ranked 131st, while the Braves are ranked 44th).

Central Lyon pushed their record up to 9-3 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for MOC-Floyd Valley, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-6.
