Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Bluffton). They blew past the Fort Wayne Blackhawk Christian Braves 55-0 on Friday. The Tigers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six contests by 33 points or more this season.

This one was won in the trenches and the lion's share of the credit has to go to Khamel Moore and Cooper Craig. Moore rushed for 79 yards and a pair of scores while Craig rushed for 58 yards and two touchdowns. Moore showed off some serious burst, cutting through the defense on one rush that went for 53 yards. Another big playmaker for Bluffton was Aaron Streveler, who returned a punt for a touchdown.

Bluffton pushed their record up to 8-1 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road. Those road wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 6.8 points on average over those games. As for Fort Wayne Blackhawk Christian, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-7.

Bluffton and Fort Wayne Blackhawk Christian are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. The Tigers will challenge Churubusco at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Eagles' defense has only allowed 11.6 points per game this season, so Bluffton's offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Fort Wayne Blackhawk Christian, they will take on Fremont at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
