Chapple came up big in Oakland's 67-61 defeat
While Oakland might've come up empty on Wednesday, Jonathan Chapple wasn't going down without a fight. Oakland Tech had no answer to Chapple as he scored 14 points along with seven rebounds and three steals.
Chapple and Oakland will be playing in front of their home fans against the Jayhawks at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Sadly, Chapple's big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped Oakland's five-game streak of wins at home.
