Volleyball Recap: Ranger Takes a Loss

Ranger was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 13th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Perrin-Whitt Pirates. If the Bulldogs were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Pirates when the teams met back in November of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-20, 25-12.

Perrin-Whitt was led to victory by Bea Adams and Mackenzie Green. Adams had five aces, while Green had eight assists and six digs. Those five aces gave Adams a new career-high.

Ranger's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Perrin-Whitt, their win bumped their record up to 22-11-2.

Ranger has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Santo on the 30th. As for Perrin-Whitt, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-1 victory against Northside on the 30th.
