The O'Neal School and Fayetteville Christian are an even 3-3 against one another since March of 2015, but likely not for long. The O'Neal School Falcons will be playing at home against the Fayetteville Christian Warriors at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

The O'Neal School fell victim to Village Christian Academy and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They came up short against the Knights, falling 9-0. The defeat continues a trend for the Falcons in their meetings with the Knights: they've now lost three in a row.

Meanwhile, Fayetteville Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 18-0 to Cape Fear Christian Academy.

Fayetteville Christian saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jaren Snyder, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base.

The O'Neal School's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Fayetteville Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 0-4.

The O'Neal School couldn't quite finish off Fayetteville Christian when the teams last played back in May of 2024 and fell 12-10. Can The O'Neal School avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
