Volleyball Recap: South Lenoir Starts Season with Loss at Home + How To Watch

South Lenoir unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They lost 3-0 to the Rosewood Eagles on Monday. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it four in a row.

While South Lenoir ultimately came up short, they really made Rosewood work, particularly in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 26-24, 25-16.

Looking ahead, South Lenoir will square off against Richlands at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Rosewood, they have already played their next game, a 3-1 victory against C.B. Aycock on the 12th.
