Dreher came tearing into Thursday's matchup with six straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They put the hurt on the A.C. Flora Falcons with a sharp 3-0 victory. For the Blue Devils, this counts as revenge for the 3-1 win the Falcons walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2024.

Dreher not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept A.C. Flora between 13 and 16 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-14, 25-16, 25-13.

Dreher's offense was headlined by Samiya Whitley and Caroline Painter, who picked up 11 kills apiece. They got some help from Kennedy Ray and her 15 assists. She also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Anna Price McCormack, racking up two apiece.

Dreher now has a winning record of 9-8. As for A.C. Flora, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-3-1.

Dreher wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 3-0 victory against Irmo on the 9th. As for A.C. Flora, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Seneca on the 6th.
