Softball Recap: Madison Takes a Loss

Madison was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Sterling Heights Stallions, falling 28-14. The Eagles were not able to make up for their defeat to the Stallions from their previous meeting back in May of 2023.

Madison's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Sterling Heights, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Madison is set to take on their familiar foe Eastpointe at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Sterling Heights will square off against rival Fitzgerald at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
