Roosevelt and Lakeside are an even 4-4-2 against one another since April of 2019, but likely not for long. The Roughriders will head out on the road to face off against the Lions at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.

Last Friday, Roosevelt came up short against O'Dea and fell 4-2.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lakeside). They put the hurt on Garfield with a sharp 7-2 win on Friday. Lakeside haven't had any issues with Garfield recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Roosevelt's defeat dropped their record down to 5-4-2. As for Lakeside, their win bumped their record up to 2-6-1.

Roosevelt skirted past Lakeside 3-2 when the teams last played last Monday. Will the Roughriders repeat their success, or do the Lions have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
