Basketball Recap: Booker T. Washington Comes Up Short

Booker T. Washington was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 54-43 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Westland Hialeah Wildcats. The Tornadoes were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Wildcats apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in February.

Booker T. Washington's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Westland Hialeah, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 4-5 record this season.

Booker T. Washington will be home for the holidays to greet North Miami Beach at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Westland Hialeah, they will venture away from home to challenge North Miami at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. North Miami will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Westland Hialeah surely won't give up without a fight.
