Calaveras is 8-2 against Bret Harte since April of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Red Hawks will head out to take on the Bullfrogs at 4:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

The home team had come away the winner the last five times Calaveras and Linden had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. The Red Hawks took a 9-5 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lions on Friday. The Red Hawks have struggled against the Lions recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost meeting.

Calaveras saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Douglas Jones, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.

Meanwhile, Bret Harte unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Saturday. They fell 9-4 to Leigh.

Kyle Scrobecky made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs and stole two bases while going 2-for-3. Sawyer Maurer was another key player, going 1-for-3 with two stolen bases and one RBI.

Calaveras' record is now 7-13. As for Bret Harte, their record now sits at 12-7.

Calaveras came out on top in a nail-biter against Bret Harte in their previous matchup last Thursday, sneaking past 6-5. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Red Hawks since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
