Bedford has gone 9-1 against Shaw recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Bearcats will look to defend their home field against the Cardinals at 4:30 p.m. Shaw took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Bedford, who comes in off a win.

Bedford proved they can win big on Wednesday (they won by 19) and on Monday they proved they can win the close ones too. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 7-6 win over Open Door Christian.

Jacob Ringler was incredible, going 3-for-4 with three doubles, one stolen base, and one run. The team also got some help courtesy of Alex Barto, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-4.

Bedford was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .379. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Open Door Christian only posted a batting average of .174.

Shaw played against Cornerstone Christian two weeks ago and lost via forfeit.

Bedford now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Shaw, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-1.
