Football Game Preview: Weequahic Indians vs. West Side Roughriders + How To Watch

Weequahic has gone a perfect 3-0 against West Side recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Saturday. The Indians will square off against the Roughriders at 10:00 a.m. Weequahic's defense has only allowed 13.8 points per game this season, so West Side's offense will have their work cut out for them.

Last Friday, Weequahic didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Immaculata, but they still walked away with a 26-20 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Indians.

Meanwhile, West Side was not able to break out of their rough patch last Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 28-6 to Snyder.

West Side's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Weequahic, their win bumped their record up to 3-1.

Everything came up roses for Weequahic against West Side in their previous matchup back in September of 2024, as the squad secured a 40-6 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Indians since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
