In the only MaxPreps Top 25 matchup of the week No. 23 Centennial (Corona, Calif.) handed No. 9 Mission Viejo (Calif.) its only loss of the season with a 25-20 win. Junior running back Malachi Roby had a huge night rushing for 188 yards and two scores. He sealed the win with a long run on third down in the final two minutes.

The Huskies went into halftime up 19-10 but the Diablos scored 10 unanswered points to take a 20-19 lead with 5:27 left in the third quarter. Centennial responded as five-star quarterback Husan Longstreet scampered in from 10 yards out to give the Huskies a 25-20 lead late in the third quarter.
