Concord won the last time they faced A.L. Brown and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Spiders simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Wonders 51-21. With the Spiders ahead 38-11 at the half, the game was all but over already.

Concord had a senior duo take command as Jayden Beyan went 6-for-13 to rack up 16 points and five boards and Jabari Byrd shot 83% from the field on his way to 13 points and five rebounds. Those 83% shooting accuracy set a new season-high mark for Byrd. Another player making a difference was Taheer Jackson, who posted five points and four steals.

Concord smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 15 offensive boards. That's the most offensive rebounds they've managed all season.

The win made it two in a row for Concord and bumps their season record up to 2-2. As for A.L. Brown, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Concord will head out to face off against Lake Norman Charter at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Spiders will need to watch out since the Knights have now posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season. As for A.L. Brown, they are taking a road trip to square off against Salisbury at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
