Juan Sanchez posted a new career-high in runs on Thursday. As a matter of fact, he produced his best game of the campaign: he scored four runs and stole three bases while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances. Burton is undefeated when Sanchez posts two or more stolen bases, but 2-4 otherwise.

Looking ahead, Sanchez and Burton will be playing in front of their home fans against KIPP King at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. KIPP King will enter the matchup having just beaten Impact Academy of Arts & Technology, so Burton will have to guard against a team looking to keep the ball rolling.
