Basketball Recap: Charlotte Catholic Skates Past Garinger with Ease

It was a proper cat-fight when Charlotte Catholic faced off against Garinger on Monday. The Charlotte Catholic Cougars breezed past the Garinger Wildcats to the tune of 69-20. The Cougars have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight matchups by 21 points or more this season.

It was another big night for Maggie Kernodle, who went 5-for-8 on her way to 15 points. Her afternoon made it four games in a row in which she has scored at least 15 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Dani Lupinski, who posted eight points and three steals.
