Cabot has gone a perfect 10-0 against Central recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. A feisty cat fight will be fought as Cabot Panthers take on Central Tigers at 5:00 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Cabot took a loss when they played away from home two weeks ago, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand North Little Rock a 16-0 shutout.

Meanwhile, after only one run in their last match, Central made sure to put some runs up on the board against Mills University Studies on Monday. The Tigers blew past the Comets 16-8.

Central pushed their record up to 10-2 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 15.0 runs over those games. As for Cabot, their win bumped their record up to 7-3.

Cabot took their victory against Central in their previous meeting back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 17-1 score. Do the Panthers have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Tigers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
