Basketball Recap: Aspire Homeschool's Victory on Saturday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Aspire HomeSchool waltzed into their match on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came within four points of losing the streak, but they secured a 38-34 W against Tulsa CHEF. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 21-20 back in December of 2024.

Tulsa CHEF lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Kelsey Mace, who posted six points and nine rebounds. She has been hot recently, having also posted two or more steals the last three times she's played. Kaiya Pennington was another key player, putting up 12 points.

Aspire HomeSchool's record is now 20-6. As for Tulsa CHEF, their defeat dropped their record down to 15-11.

Aspire HomeSchool wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 53-39 victory against McLain Science & Tech on the 11th. Tulsa CHEF will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Oklahoma City Knights HomeSchool at 3:45 p.m. on March 1st.
