Baseball Recap: Kennedy Comes Up Short

Kennedy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss. They came up short against the Lakeland Regional Lancers, falling 7-0. If the Knights were looking for revenge after losing 10-0 to the Lancers when the teams met back in May of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Kennedy's defeat dropped their record down to 1-12. As for Lakeland Regional, they moved to 3-8 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Looking ahead, Kennedy will square off against Fair Lawn at 4:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Lakeland Regional, they will head out to face off against Wayne Hills at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday.
