Soccer Game Preview: Silverado vs. Durango

Silverado hasn't had much luck against Durango recently, but that could start to change on Wednesday. The Skyhawks will take on the Trailblazers at 5:45 p.m. Silverado has given up an average of 5.7 goals per game this season, but Wednesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Silverado lost 7-1 to Bonanza on Monday.

Meanwhile, Durango's game on Monday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell just short of Spring Valley by a score of 2-1. That's two games in a row now that Durango have lost by just one goal.

Durango's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5-2. As for Silverado, their loss dropped their record down to 0-14-1.

Silverado suffered a grim 7-3 defeat to Durango when the teams last played back in September. Can the Skyhawks avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
